A former Packard Motor Car Service Facility, Albert Kahn designed building, this 38,000SF concrete structure has been transformed into 38 apartments consisting of studio, one – and two-bedroom units. Unique to the building is the central courtyard carved out of the massive concrete structure. Available to all residents, the interior courtyard, open to the elements, is full landscaped with seating areas for tenants.
